Censured? Yes. Investigated? Sure. The House could vote him out of leadership, I think. But who would impeach Boner?

On edit: He can be expelled, if the House votes to do so.

Article I, Section 5, Clause 2

"Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member."
