you don't shake out all of the problems until people start using it. It makes the problem look worse than it is when on the GA date the whole world wants to use it, RIGHT NOW!
In the case of the ACA Apps, we should probably consider that a good thing.
One thing for sure, whoever is the overall QA rep on this will not be getting a lot of sleep in the near future.
Trust me on that one.
