Posthumously over turned in Federal Court. If Al had paid his taxes it would have been self incrimination violating the 5th amendment. Supposedly this loophole has been closed but I wonder? Mitt Romney is a criminal enterprise that Al Capone could not have dreamed of duplicating and represents pinnacle of all American criminal enterprise (one of several) made possible by legislative graft and lobbyist.
