You actually have no problem with any of the excesses that are listed in your quoted text.

Or, let me put a finer point on it. You do think the stuff the government is doing is wrong, but it would be more wrong to try and change it or fix it.

How can you say that it's incorrect for Snowden to talk about these crimes? It just doesn't make any real sense.

Is your problem with Snowden what he says, where he says it, or who he says it to? This is intended as a serious question, not just rhetorical.
