We should be shocked and horrified at this disgusting show of behavior by both of these ladies. First and foremost for Ms. Stewart saying it at all and second at Ms. Mitchell for allowing her to continue unchallenged and then to allow Ms. Stewart to interject herself back into the conversation by attempting to roll back her racist and unconscionable comments.

Andre Mitchell should have higher standards than this and MSNBC should hold their reporters to a higher standard than this. To even allow Ms. Stewart to call back and say, "oh, sorry, meant to say this....honest mistake" requires a level of cognizant dissonance on the part of the listener as to be in total free fall from reality. Everyone knows that she meant what she said and said what she meant to say. The whole incident is deplorable and we should not let it go unanswered:

[email protected] (not positive on this one but it’s the only one I could find)
also find her on Twitter

[email protected] (president MSNBC)

We must all make a point to start calling things like this out and shame them when they get it wrong.
