And city councils. That s here they stay, or end their careers. We need to encourage them to move on, (ahem Todd Gloria I am talking to you, local city council member)...but first you need to find who they are...and participate in hyper local politics.

This is like critical, but most people only, if we are lucky, pay attention to national politics.
