12. If he's at Indy, he's one of the few.

Actually, the attendance today is fairly good compared to the last few years,
but radically down from the Good Old Days when Indy wasn't so boring
and the cars weren't so ugly.

I'm watching on TV, and the stands aren't near full.
My guesstimate is that between 1/3 to 1/4 of the seats are empty.
I wouldn't be watching today if it wasn't a tradition.
I've watched religiously since the late 50s.
IndyCar racing used to be much more fun
and much more exciting before all the rules and Corporate Money ruined it.

The cars look like something out of a SpeedRacer cartoon,
and Push-to-Pass??!!! Really? You gotta be kidding.
