5. Most insurance plans offer 3 levels

The family plan does not indicate how many children you have. The couple who have 10 kids get an insurance bargain compared to those who have 2. (Not that I would want to feed 10 8 more mouths).

The insurance company is covering those extra 8 at the same rate as they do the first 2.

I would think it would be an accounting decision to increase the greed.
