I prefer to make my own hot wings at home, with plenty of cayenne--either grilled, or fried with panko breading (NOT corn flakes! ).

I've never had genuine Buffalo wings, though, and I wouldn't dream of calling my wings that--or anything other than delicious. And if they want my recipe they'll have to pry it from my cold dead hands!
