They want to blame the poor for being stupid and lazy and not taking advantage of the upwardly mobile capitalistic free market. When they talk about free market capitalism they are really only referring to themselves and all the other rich sociopaths but the propaganda is designed to fool the masses. They are the main reason people are poor ...not drugs.
