40. We as a society can be "afraid" of lots of things, from pot to plutonium.

In some cases, like that of pot, the societal fear is far greater than the (negligible) danger, and as such has led to disproportionate assaults on liberty.

Plutonium, OTOH, should not be lightly fucked around with.
