they are replacing they generally undo bad decisions made by the previous exec and also wipe the slate clean of those who were brought on board by that previous exec. If they do not do those things, and MSNBC did not, then they will be judged by that which they continued to be an extension of the previous regime. Fair? That word has scant application in the media world. 'Not fair' is a term that just does not fit with the huge salaries and golden parachutes involved. He is unfairly paid millions! Got it. Rich execs are being treated unfairly in the television business! The horror!
