FR is down, and John and Jim are aware of it; trying to get it restored. jimrob posted the following on the Yahoo board:

ETA: This is a more recent update:

Received another message from John. He's going to purchase a new database server today and hopefully get it installed tonight. He's also redirected all of our FR traffic to a "maintenance" page where we've left a message for our users.
Thanks and we apologize again for the down time.
