10. Congratz now a word of Critically dire advise...

I too suffered the exact same predicament 7 years ago. But i was not financially able to afford follow ups or physical therapy. I ended up laying in bed for a very great amount of time and have developed clots in my legs...and sciatica.

If i can say anything to save you my agony, it is this..start a physical therapy regiment as soon as you are healed and KEEP it up. No matter how tiring or how much you don't want to walk and exercise now...it will destroy you later if you let it go like i did...

Get healthy, stay healthy, be healthy...wish someone told me these words before it was too late.
