7. It seems as though our President has learned nothing about Repuglicans

and cares absolutely nothing about anybody who doesn't have a bunch of money.

Mr. President, older workers have really been hurt in the last few years. We get laid off or we take time to attend to our own sick parents and then we can't get back into the workforce at anything approaching what we were making before.

We have little to no time left for the JOBS portion of the economy to rebound everywhere other than whatever misleading statistics your aides are feeding you.

And the younger folks have little, too.

Why not increase the amount of income subject to the SS tax so that the percentage of income taxed meets (and a little more for catchup) what was expected instead of inevitable cut in benefits for folks who have lost so much?

Why not more of a surtax on the wealthy? It means so little to them and will mean so much to us.
