35. Lots of singers and performers have worked as hard or harder than she does,

Performing publicly is a grueling profession.

And having multiple hit songs doesn't automatically make her a great talent either. It simply means that she has worked hard, attended to the business side of her art, gotten some lucky breaks, and is willing to work within the confines of the music industry, stifling as it is.

There are many great talents out there, both modern and in the past, who are far better than she is. They simply haven't gotten the breaks she has, or sold their souls to the music industry.
