This is nothing new. It goes back to Crowther and Woods and their Colossal Cave.

Now, if this guy can populate his colossal cave with evil dwarves, dragons, bears, the maze in the title (plus another with passages all different), and treasures and puzzles galore, then he'd have something.

Ah! Yes!

You are standing at the end of a road before a small brick building. Around you is a forest. A small stream flows out of the building and down a gully.
