It would be good to hear your statement augmented with YOUR suggestions on how to improve enforcement.

Now, having typed that sentence I note that you include "local, state" when obviously enforcement will be difficult in some areas. Do you have any suggestions about THOSE laws that are not enforced? For instance, Pres. Eisenhower had to send the 101st Airborne to Little Rock to enforce desegregation and it wasn't pretty but it made change happen, didn't it? And I don't think there is any serious person today who would characterize that action as a "takeover" of (white) people's rights. (Note that I said "serious.&quot
