Somebody decides to not hire people who smoke pot, and thus pot is indeed a problem... caused by the employer.
Marijuana is one of the less addictive substances out there. It is eerily non-addictive.
Why anyone would hire alcohol users while not hiring MJ users is one of those cosmic mysteries of things clueless assholes do, not an intrinsic problem with MJ.
