"Most admired woman by Americans"; the polling was done in the US, people outside the US were not polled. America is not the world. The fact that the list includes people who aren't American, like Aung San Suu Kyi and Queen Elizabeth II, still doesn't make it "most admired woman in the world", just "women most admired by Americans"
