9. Like so many of this nation, and the world's problems, the people that benefit from the

injustice are the one's that have to change it. There are several changes to our Constitution needed in order to more evenly balance society, but the process is so onerous that we can't even manage to get 24 words that state it is wrong to discriminate against someone because of their sex through.

Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

A century before we got to the sorry state, it took 4 amendments to finally outlaw slavery.
