(106,886 posts)77. I think simplistic hyperbole always misses the point and lacks nuance.
Not all "gun crazies" are Christians, nor or all Christians "gun crazies". I suspect a Venn diagram of these simplistic categories would definitely show some overlap, some nexus.
Yet, look at the profiles of recent shooting incidents. I don't think many of them would fit in that format.
