Make this bluster close to...impossible...right.

It is both a strength and a weakness.

I can scream till I am blue in the face that I want to change the Second, the Third, or just get a new in...it is so difficult that unless you got a movement, that ain't gonna happen.

None is gonna take your guns, or mine, serious.
