I would see a candidate's 'disagree' as irrational. To fear the unknown is to embrace exploration. To conquer the unknown. I hate change...enough that it can make me physically ill. To counter that, when faced with change, I will find a way to creatively weave it into my regular routine. It is then no longer 'unknown', but familiar and I have learned something new.

If I tell two candidates to head into a pitch black cave after telling them there 'could' be vicious animals or 'might' be bottomless pits, I'll pick the one that doesn't go rushing in. Unless, of course, the other goes running in the opposite direction. My hope would be that one would choose to ask me for a flashlight.

So there.
