though this is the second thread you've started saying that it is. This is about smog - the various chemicals that make it difficult to breathe in polluted cities.

I just don't want you to think that if smog problems are solved, that global warming is. Global warming is primarily caused by carbon dioxide, which is colourless, odourless, and, unless in huge quantities (which is not the case here) is not involved in giving people breathing problems.
