Myesthesioma (asbestos cancer) killed a good friend of mine ("Uncle" Charlie Rutan) - but he was a plumbing contractor in the day, when nobody knew.

Culpable adults need to be held accountable, for child endangerment and assault. in criminal court. Arrested, cuffed, jailed bailed, and indicted.

Sterling Education and Buckeye Education, and any church groups involved, need to be sued into oblivion, with proceeds placed in trust for future medical expenses for the kids.
In addition - egregious negligence of this nature likely rises to the standard of gross negligence which enables corporate officers and other involved parties to be held individually laible. This is known as "pierceing the corporate veil". There are far better legal minds than mine here - I happen to know about this because of my involvment in motorsports - whose existence in these litigous times depends on these distinctions in liability.
