... that are set up by text book companies. And as we all know those companies pay attention to such intellectually vapid bodies such as the Texas Textbook Commission (or whatever they are calling it these days).

And some of the guidelines that might have affected this are: must have a theme, must have be able to have a graphic attached that matches the theme, must have a unique theme, must have a theme that can be related to something in the students lives.

Thus the use of money and the play on words. Actually that looks like a pretty good worksheet to me.
