I don't know anything about Crystal Light. I don't drink much of anything besides coffee and water.
Coffee is not great for acid reflux, either. But, I'm not giving it up!

Thank you. I do check very carefully. Plus, Half and Half is not the same as heavy cream.

Have you tried apple cider vinegar? I know several people who used it and it works.

Used to take Omeprazol. I eat salad now & don't take anything for the GERD. I'm fine. nt

Acid Reflux > eliminate refined carbs. Sugar, wheat especially. It begins helping almost immediately
