6. How do you vote someone out when they run unopposed?

I'd love to be able to vote out my representative to Congress. The problem? No one ran against him. Who is my Congressman, you ask? John Boehner. The Speaker of the House, the top Republican in the 112th "do-nothing" Congress and he got a "walkover"!!! Don't feed me this bulls*** about voting someone out; the congressional districts in Ohio are so gerrymandered you can't get rid of anyone! How does Boehner not even get a Democratic challenger?
