20. yes. i don't remember new years being an occasion for fireworks until somewhere around the 90s.

it seems fireworks are infiltrating lots of holidays. i don't like it. bad enough on the 4th.

not to mention the dope dealers in the neighborhood set off those big bomb things on random days to begin with.
