....you know,....their usual "fraud and abuse" line to deny people from getting help.

It's like when they pushed to make sure EVERY application for aid includes the "perjury" threat.

Hell,...there are some laws they put in place where it's even illegal to APPLY for aid. They consider that "an attempt to defraud".
