36. Always good to scatter some facts, even into an irrational wind.

I think it really does help. People convince themselves everyone is on the same kooky wavelength they picked up at (fill in rightwing source) and they do wonder, if only for a second, when an intelligent, rational person just blinks and says, "No, that is not true."

The way you put it was helpful, too. We often don't think in terms of "evidence" that something crazy isn't true, but your comments do demonstrate the impossibility of this particular wingnut fantasy.

Thanks for putting some rationality out there. We have to keep doing that.
