In the instant case, there is no outside evidence of discrimination. It is only his say-so, and there is no statement under oath (yet).
So yes, that someone repetitively sues people shows a pattern of behavior that throws doubt on his credibility. Just sayin'.
Why are you so ready to believe such a person? What if you were YOU someone was accusing of discrimination? Wouldn't you want others to take into account that the accuser has made accusations (via lawsuits seeking money) on several occasions before?
I can tell you that law enforcement takes a pattern of past behavior into account.
Plus, it just doesn't make sense, when you think about it. A MANAGER of a successful establishment is going to come out and blatantly say "we don't want you because you're black," knowing he would be sued if he said that?
Let's see what happens with the lawsuit.
