... the VERY, FIRST item on Holder's agenda after being appointed Attorney General by President Obama was to give corrupt REPUBLICAN Senator Ted Stevens an Out-of-Jail-for-Free card.

Eric Holder was officially installed as Attorney General of the United States on
March 29, 2009.

On April1, 2009, AG Holder announced that he had ordered the dismissal of the indictment against former Senator Ted Stevens on corruption charges.
Literally his very first act as Attorney General.

...but Democratic Governor Don Siegelman?
