1. There they go again. Asperger's is not an "affliction",

it is a different way of perceiving and interacting with the world.

The "affliction" is other people who can't handle being around people who see the world differently.

It is wrong to insinuate that Asperger's had anything significant to do with what Lanza did. If anything, it may have made it more difficult for him to get help for whatever else was really wrong that caused him to go shoot 20 kids and several adults. But it was the inability for others to see and deal with what was going on with him, AND the availability of high power weapons at his fingertips that resulted in this tragedy.
