But whatever - this is akin to splitting hairs. If you believe the cops never fabricate reasons to pull people over I'm guessing you are not black.
You appear to have some weird thing going on with me over this. I'm not really interested in debating about the cops and their propensity to zealously pursue stupid shit. If you don't believe that the cops can and will exploit the new law on MJ, especially when it comes to driving, THC and whether a person is intoxicated or not, that's fine. I happen to believe the police work every angle to write their quota of tickets for the month. You don't. Okay.
And random checks are not simply for sobriety either. But you knew that I presume.
Regardless, this is way off topic to my original point.
