This measure will ensure, through the miracle of forced individually purchased cat food insurance products, that tomorrow's seniors never run out of cat food in their golden years. Unless of course there is a crash sometime in the future, and it turns out Wall St. was gambling like drunken sailors with seniors' CFSA contributions and pissed them all away. But that would never happen.
