7. Is Obama batting the ping-pong ball back and forth until he can slam it to win the game?

Or are they agreeing on point by point?

It seems to me that they are just throwing stuff against the wall to see if the other will react.

I can't imagine Obama would go against a huge majority of people who do NOT want him messing with SS, Medicare and Medicaid.

Do they still have a ceiling on what salary an employee reaches when the SS deduction is no longer deducted? It's been so many years since I worked, I've lost track. If there is a cut-off, raise it.

Is there a cut-off by wage rate for benefits after retirement? If so, lower it. Millionaires don't need SS nor Medicare, for that matter.

My other comment is that they should not be hitting the SS ping-pong ball like this, as it scares the elderly that are living on the bare minimum as it is. They will lose their faith in all government if they take what little money they get away from them.

Once the Repugs win on SS, they'll keep eroding it until it's gone.

So its only a technical fucking, not an actual penetration? DJ13 Dec 2012 #1
