The toddler is going to weaponize tariffs to use against anybody in the whole wide world who says or does something he doesn't like.
Additionally, he may see tariffs as a way to help his chosen toadies raise their prices and in turn their profits and stock prices.
He may believe other countries aren't strong enough to counteract his thuggery so they will obey.
