2. I doubt if anyone working in IT doesn't know of jobs going overseas at the cost to American Jobs.

My BIL at Mastercard spent his days dealing with folks from India doing the grunge software work to keep the business going. A few well placed H1-b holders get the company's foot into the door, overcoming the language issues and set up the tech workers at 1/2 the wages....and less.
