I understand personal nostalgia for family and friends.
Yes no sane or curious person would want the historical past to return. It had nightmares and terrors of its own. With Trump it seems to be a nostalgia for a dominant race with people as objects to satisfy his needs. And now we are going to go through this forced national therapy a second time.
