15. Dear, M Butterfly, you are not alone.

Millions of Americans are going through what you are currently experiencing.

I've chosen to focus on the next 60 days. But I know they will end and all of our lives will be changed.

Do your best to stay close to those you love and value. Try to comfort others who feel as you do. Hope and strength often comes through others looking to you for support. Don't give in to despair. That's exactly what those who would oppress us want. Hold onto your values no matter what. Much will be beyond our control, so you can only do your best. But most importantly, don't let them live "rent free" in your mind. And don't ever stop doubting that you are on the side of human decency.
