Are there compelling arguments that Gabbard is a Russian plant? [View all]

I had heard this rumor and now saw a video on CNN that, to me, sees to claim that even some Russians thought she might be a Russian agent due to her stance on Ukraine.

But I feel like there are deeper levels of suspicion. Is there any site that puts forward this accusation in a rational way?
