High School. My daughter-in-law's family is Dutch, and own a flat there. If things go dark here they have a home there and will likely go to University there. For myself, in my mid seventies, I just applied for my first passport online, and have an appointment at my local passport office this coming week. I'm trying to sort out exactly where to go if I must. I'm thinking I'd go with the girls but I don't speak Dutch, and they've gone there annually all of their lives except during COVID.
France isn't too far, is there an expat community destination that might be viable you can recommend?
