Sell off your now-useless properties because after what you just fucking said, I'm going to make sure that my fellow Coloradans will never rent from you again. Nor any people looking to move - your properties will receive a negative feedback, and The Department of Housing Services MAY want to speak to you, Mr. Obringer.
