23. I wonder if there is any connection to Egypt and ten million dollars

I remember not too long ago there was an issue of $10,000,000 coming from Egypt. It is just so difficult to even try and track all his failures and crimes. I don't know if there is any connection, but why would you route calls through Egypt of all places?
