in our type of situation but its not good for your mental health. What ever happens, happens and as long as youve done all you can to help Kamala take office, its best to summon your inner Buddhism and let go. Im certainly not dismissing your very legitimate feelings and I know its hard and easier said than done but its helped me tremendously these last years.

I hear ya. I have had an anxiety spike here & there. I expect there'll be an increase as each last week ticks off.
