Most of TFG's briefs opposing the release of the Special Counsel filing were claims that this was a partisan exercise and the facts in the filing should not be released so close to the election. In her opinion releasing the Special Counsel brief, Judge Chutkan called out TFG's counsel for advancing political rhetoric that has no basis in law. The best is when Judge Chutkan noted that TFG's claims are “unbefitting of experienced defense counsel
