Was canvassed for the first time in decades. [View all]

A lovely young woman from the AFL/ CIO (did not mention the Dem Party) came around to ask what did I think was the most important issue in the upcoming election. I told her there was only 1 issue: keeping tRump out of the White House.
This having long been a deep red area (mega senior community largely populated with retirees from the upper Mid-west) I asked her a few questions also: Was she going to every house, or working from a list? A: a list. Q:Were there many people on my block on her list? A: yes, many. Q: Did they all seem to be Dems? A: yes and most answered pretty much the same as I did. So stoked! I just made a donation, but I feel like making another one!
