The evidence includes sworn statements from every one of his aides that they told him, and that he was aware, that there was no massive, widespread fraud that changed the outcome of the election. They have statements from all of them. This 100% proves he is a pathological liar and was lying to the American people and continues to lie to his supporters to this day. RW talk radio even admits this(that the entire point of SCOTUS getting involved was to prevent this evidence from being presented to Republican voters prior to the election). The entire jig is up when its presented in court that he knew there was no fraud and that he has continued to lie.
